Probable Line-up

FC Pune City is ready to host defending champion ATK on 20th January at Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex Stadium, Pune. Pune has won the previous match in ATK’s den Salt Lake Stadium 4-1. Now ATK is eyeing an away win to keep their play-off hope alive.

With struggling with many injuries and not consistent with performance, ATK just signed three new players – David Cotterill, Soram Porei, Martin Paterson. Our internal sources confirmed that David and Martin have joined the team and we can expect them in playing XI against Pune. David is Welsh international footballer who plays in wing. He was playing in Bristol City before joining ATK. Martin is a prominent striker and plays for his country Nothern Ireland. He is a striker who can play an important character in ATK side as Robbie Keane is not available for Pune match and ATK would definitely want to find a goal scorer in him.

Teddy Sheringham has no choice but to make an attacking strategy in this match as ATK is not in a position to lose any match now. Currently ATK is in 8th position and Pune is quite relax to be in third position. But one or two defeat from here can be risky for Pune as well. Other teams are also in very much in to the competition to get a position in play-off.

This would be an exciting game of football as both team would like to have three important points at this stage of the league. And both team would like to play attacking football.

Pune has started well in this season but has lost to Chennaiyin FC in last match and drawn with Kerala Blasters. Ashique Kuruniyan has played well and won emerging player of the match in last two games so he is the player to be watched out for Pune.

ATK has won the last match against North East United. We have seen a stunning long distance goal from Zequinha who has played a vital role for ATK in this season. ATK fans are anticipating another good game from him.
